Entrega de Notas / School Report

ESTIMADOS PADRES/MADRES:

La Directiva del centro informa que la entrega de notas de la Segunda Evaluación será el Miércoles 1 de ABRIL de 17:00 a 19:00 horas.

Las notas pueden ser recogidas por los padres/madres personalmente, o bien entregadas a los hijos presentando una autorización y una fotocopia del DNI o Pasaporte. Las notas que no sean recogidas se podrán recoger en el Instituto después de Semana Santa.

Aprovechar la ocasión para informarles que el centro está inscrito en el programa PASEN, el cual permite, a través de Internet, entrar para consultar notas, ausencias, partes disciplinarios de sus hijos, etc,…..

Para mayor información, incluso para poder utilizar éste servicio, en el día de la entrega de notas se les facilitará una clave de acceso.

The above note concerns picking up your childs school report. You can do this on the 1st of April between 17:00 a 19:00. You can sign the above form (which your child should bring home from school) to allow another person to collect the report. You can also collect the report next term.

PASEN is a computer system used in Andalucia. The school can now give you access to PASEN which will allow you ongoing access to information via the INTERNET concerning your child such as: test results, absenses, etc You will be able to pick up your user login at the same time as picking up your child's school report.

Estimados padres/madres:
El próximo Miércoles 1 de Abril es el día en el que el centro ha decidido hacer la entrega de notas del Segundo Trimestre. Los días anteriores están destinados a los últimos exámenes y a la evaluación del alumnado.
Es por eso que desde la Directiva queríamos informarles que son éstas próximas tres semanas el periodo ideal para pedir tutoría con los profesores, para conocer la evolución de sus hij@s antes de esa fecha y, en caso necesario, corregir a tiempo las carencias que puedan tener y corregirlas antes de finalizar el trimestre.

ESTIMADOS PADRES/MADRES:

La Directiva del centro informa que la entrega de notas de la Primera Evaluación será el MIERCOLES 17 de DICIEMBRE de 17:00 a 18:30 horas.

Las notas pueden ser recogidas por los padres/madres personalmente, o bien entregadas a los hijos presentando una autorización y una fotocopia del DNI o Pasaporte. Las notas que no sean recogidas se mandarán por correo.

Informar que la entrega de notas y entrevista con el/la Tutora será breve (para poder atender a todos los padres asistentes), y si algún padre/madre desea obtener más información sobre la evolución de su hijo/a, puede pedir una cita con el tutor.

PASEN - portal educacional

Nos van a dar acceso a la plataforma PASEN

PASEN es una vía para el seguimiento integral de la educación de sus hijos a través de servicios de Internet y telefonía móvil SMS y WAP.

A través de PASEN puede realizar gran variedad de solicitudes y consultas relacionadas con la educación de sus hijos/as, ya que dispone de:

• Servicio de Seguimiento del curso
  
• Servicios Socioeducativos Complementarios
  
• Servicio de Asistencia Personal
  

Pedir su usuario y clave en instituto.

PASEN is a educational portal via which families can follow the education of their children. The internet portal uses SMS and WAP.

PASEN provides the means to perform many consultations and requests in relation to the education of you children. Amongst others you will be able to:

• See your children's school grades
• See attendance information
• Look up information about the school

In time many other functions will be available such as viewing homework information, booking a meeting with a tutor, personal agenda and school agenda etc.

A.M.P.A elecion / PTA ELECTION

El 26 de Noviembre serán las Elecciones de representantes de PADRES/MADRES para el AMPA.
A LAS 18:00 HORAS se realizará en NUESTRO CENTRO EDUCATIVO votaciones para elegir sus representantes en la AMPA de este Centro. Todos las puestas están libre y podríais (si Ud., es una persona que se preocupa de las condiciones en que está escolarizado su hijo/a) poner su nombre para ser parte de la directiva de la AMPA.

También este mismo día A PARTIR DE LAS 15,00 HORAS Y HASTA LAS 20,00 HORAS se realizarán en NUESTRO CENTRO EDUCATIVO las VOTACIONES DE LOS PADRES Y MADRES para elegir representantes en el Consejo Escolar de este Centro.

On the 26th of November we will hold the election to select the committee members of the PTA.
Please come and take this opportunity to be involved in your childs school. All the positions on the AMPA are open so you could put your name down and be part of the committee.

On the same day the School Council election will take place to elect the parent representatives. Please take a moment to vote for the candidate that you feel will best represent the school.

Seminars on use of the internet for the communication between families and the school

Dear parents and teachers
The school council is putting into action a learning programme.
The objectives of this particular seminar is to improve the knowledge that families have about the the safe use of the internet and how to get the most out of the internet and other forms of electronic communication which the students have available to them.

This seminar will cover: Communication with parents via the educational platforms - SENECA and PASEN.
Where : Institute
When : between 16.00 - 19.oo on either Wednesday 26th of November or the 3rd of December. These sessions will be indentical.
Course Objectives:

• Communication via Internet: Web Pages, EMail, Messenger, Chat, Forums, etc..
• Secure use of the internet: protection of your personal data, filters, ..
• New avenues of communication : PASEN and the web site.
