Entrega de notas / School Reports 17/12/2008 18:30 hrs

ESTIMADOS PADRES/MADRES:

La Directiva del centro informa que la entrega de notas de la Primera Evaluación será el MIERCOLES 17 de DICIEMBRE de 17:00 a 18:30 horas.

Las notas pueden ser recogidas por los padres/madres personalmente, o bien entregadas a los hijos presentando una autorización y una fotocopia del DNI o Pasaporte. Las notas que no sean recogidas se mandarán por correo.

Informar que la entrega de notas y entrevista con el/la Tutora será breve (para poder atender a todos los padres asistentes), y si algún padre/madre desea obtener más información sobre la evolución de su hijo/a, puede pedir una cita con el tutor.

Nos van a dar acceso a la plataforma PASEN

PASEN es una vía para el seguimiento integral de la educación de sus hijos a través de servicios de Internet y telefonía móvil SMS y WAP.

A través de PASEN puede realizar gran variedad de solicitudes y consultas relacionadas con la educación de sus hijos/as, ya que dispone de:

• Servicio de Seguimiento del curso
  
• Servicios Socioeducativos Complementarios
  
• Servicio de Asistencia Personal

PASEN is a educational portal via which families can follow the education of their children. The internet portal uses SMS and WAP.

PASEN provides the means to perform many consultations and requests in relation to the education of you children. Amongst others you will be able to:

• See your children's school grades
• See attendance information
• Look up information about the school

In time many other functions will be available such as viewing homework information, booking a meeting with a tutor, personal agenda and school agenda etc.

A.M.P.A elecion / PTA ELECTION

El 26 de Noviembre serán las Elecciones de representantes de PADRES/MADRES para el AMPA.
A LAS 18:00 HORAS se realizará en NUESTRO CENTRO EDUCATIVO votaciones para elegir sus representantes en la AMPA de este Centro. Todos las puestas están libre y podríais (si Ud., es una persona que se preocupa de las condiciones en que está escolarizado su hijo/a) poner su nombre para ser parte de la directiva de la AMPA.

También este mismo día A PARTIR DE LAS 15,00 HORAS Y HASTA LAS 20,00 HORAS se realizarán en NUESTRO CENTRO EDUCATIVO las VOTACIONES DE LOS PADRES Y MADRES para elegir representantes en el Consejo Escolar de este Centro.

Seminars on use of the internet for the communication between families and the school

Dear parents and teachers
The school council is putting into action a learning programme.
The objectives of this particular seminar is to improve the knowledge that families have about the the safe use of the internet and how to get the most out of the internet and other forms of electronic communication which the students have available to them.

This seminar will cover: Communication with parents via the educational platforms - SENECA and PASEN.
Where : Institute
When : between 16.00 - 19.oo on either Wednesday 26th of November or the 3rd of December. These sessions will be indentical.
Course Objectives:

• Communication via Internet: Web Pages, EMail, Messenger, Chat, Forums, etc..
• Secure use of the internet: protection of your personal data, filters, ..
• New avenues of communication : PASEN and the web site.

Uso de Internet para la comunicación entre el Centro y las familias

Estimadas madres / Estimados padres / Estimados tutores:
La Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía está poniendo en marcha el “PROGRAMA ENSEÑA”, en el marco de coordinación de las actuaciones previstas en el Plan Avanza para el desarrollo de la Sociedad de la Información.
Uno de los objetivos del “PROGRAMA ENSEÑA” es sensibilizar y mejorar el conocimiento que las familias han de tener sobre el uso seguro y provechoso de Internet y de otras herramientas de información y comunicación con que cuenta el alumnado actualmente.
Durante este curso, en nuestro Centro, se van a implantar las tecnologías informáticas de comunicación con los padres, a través de las plataformas educativas SÉNECA y PASEN. Por todo ello, se van a impartir en horario de 16 a 19 horas, los miércoles, días 26 de noviembre y 3 de diciembre, dos sesiones idénticas, de apoyo a las familias, destinadas a padres y madres del alumnado.
Contenido de cada sesión:
Posibilidades de comunicación en Internet: Páginas web, correo electrónico, mensajería, chats, foros, etc. Funcionamiento y manejo básico.
Uso seguro de internet: protección de datos personales, filtros, ...
Nuevas vías de comunicación de las familias con el centro educativo: PASEN y página web.
Por tal motivo, os informo que, si esta iniciativa resulta de vuestro interés, rellenéis la ficha que a continuación os adjunto confirmando la asistencia a alguna de las sesiones.

Les informamos que se ha abierto el plazo para la creación del CONSEJO ESCOLAR del CENTRO.

El calendario previsto según la normativa vigente ( BOJA 209, de 21 de Octubre de 2008) es el siguiente:

• - A partir del 29 de Octubre: Publicación del Censo.
• - Desde el 27 de Octubre hasta el 6 de Noviembre: Plazo de admisión de candidaturas.
• - 7 de Noviembre: Listado PROVISIONAL de Candidaturas.
• - 11 de Noviembre: Listado DEFINITIVO de Candidaturas.
• - 12 – 21 de Noviembre: Campaña electoral.
• - 26 de Noviembre: Elecciones de representantes del sector PADRES/MADRES.
• - 2 de Diciembre: Proclamación de Candidaturas.
• - 16 de Diciembre: Constitución del Nuevo Consejo Escolar.

Todos los padres/madres interesados en presentar su candidatura a las elecciones podrán recoger el impreso en la conserjería del centro. Recordar que el último día de presentación es el 6 de Noviembre.

Huelga de Profesores 21 mayo / Teacher Strike 21st May

Estimado Padre/madre:

Les escribo para informarles de la huelga de profesores convocada para el próximo Miércoles 21 de Mayo de 2008.

La gran mayoría de los profesores del centro, acogiéndose a su derecho a huelga informan que posiblemente no asistan a su puesto de trabajo el próxmo miércoles.

Por nuestra parte informarles que el centro dispondrá de los servicios mínimos (profesores de guardia) y tendrá sus puertas abiertas con el horario habitual.

On Wednesday 21st of May 2008 there will be a teachers strike.
Most of the teachers will exercise their right to strike and thus may not go to work next Wednesday.
The School will be open during normal school hours and there will be a skeleton staff to care for the students.
